Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, La Petite Treat collects the information you choose to provide in the form. This may include your name, email address, phone number, event and order details, requested products and flavors, location, dietary needs, packaging or design requests, and additional notes. The submission time and page address may also be included.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to respond to you, confirm availability, discuss a potential order, prepare quotes or invoices, and manage an order if you choose to proceed. La Petite Treat does not sell inquiry information.

Form and email processing

Formspree processes form submissions and delivers them to La Petite Treat by email. Formspree may retain submission data and technical logs according to its account settings and privacy practices. The resulting email is also processed and stored by La Petite Treat’s email provider.

Google reCAPTCHA helps protect the inquiry form from spam and abuse. Google may process technical and interaction information for this purpose according to its privacy and service terms.

Retention

La Petite Treat may retain inquiry and order correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or completed order, maintain business records, and address related questions. Information may be deleted when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to technical, administrative, or legal requirements.

Your requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry information by emailing lapetite.treat.il@gmail.com. We will review and respond to reasonable requests, subject to information we may need to retain for legitimate business, technical, or legal reasons.
